How Much Does It Cost To Hire The Band?
Pricing will be tailored to the specific requirements of each event.
Where Will The Band Travel?
We are available for functions nationally & internationally, subject to travel fees.
Can I Provisionally Book You?
To secure a date we ask for a 25% deposit. If you are unsure about the date of your event, you can provisionally book us on a first refusal basis. Please check with us for availability.
How Much Space Does The Band Need?
Being a lively band we benefit from a good size staging area, we prefer staging areas of 5m x 3m but require 4m x 2m as a minimum. We require four 13 amp wall sockets for our equipment.
Do You Have PLI and PAT Tested Equipment?
We hold PLI of £1 million and all our equipment is PAT tested annually.
Are Sound Limiters A Problem?
We regularly play venues with sound limiters and we can adapt our live sound to keep within specified limits. Please advise us when booking so that we can be best prepared.
How Loud Will The Band Be?
Our PA system is suitable for small, medium and large venues. We are frequently complimented on the sonic clarity and suitability of our sound levels. We are fully adaptable to the events size.
What Time Will You Arrive? What Is Your Usual Set Up / Pack Down Time?
Our standard package is based on the band arriving from 6pm on the day of the event. Set up and pack down is usually 60 minutes. If you would like us to arrive earlier, please let us know when enquiring.
What Lighting Do You Have?
All packages include full stage and dance floor lighting. We also offer up-lighting. All our lighting is industry standard LED.
Do You Offer Background / Interval Music?
We offer complimentary setup/interval music for all packages for before, during and after live set breaks. Alternatively we are happy to run your own MP3 / iPod through our PA system.
Can We Use Your PA System For Speeches?
Yes, if you require the system to be set up early we will charge an early set up fee.
What Will The Band Wear?
The band wear smart attire consisting of shirts, ties, waistcoats, smart jeans or trousers and shoes. Please let us know if the event requires something in particular.
What Is Your Standard Start / Finish Times? How Long Are Your Live Sets?
We usually perform sets of 3x45 minutes or 2x60 minutes between 8-12pm to suit your requirements. Live performance must finish at midnight (unless previously arranged and conforms with venue licensing).
Can I Pick The Band Set List?
We love to get your input into the set list we play for your event.
Will You Learn Our Special Song?
We are happy to learn a complimentary song for your wedding and charge a small fee for other events, please contact us for more details.
Will The Band Require Food / Refreshments?
We appreciate water / soft drinks and food being made available to us. Please advise us before hand if this is not possible.
