Terms & Conditions -
Please fill out all fields of the booking form. Once completed, we will email over a copy of the booking form, our information, and the bank account details for the deposit.
Deposits are 25% of the agreed fee. Deposits are non-refundable. Once the deposit is received, the booking is confirmed.
Quotes are valid for 7 days. Deposits must be made within 7 days of quote; final payments must be paid at least 7 days prior to the event. We will notify you upon receipt of deposit and final fee. All payments must be made via bank transfer.
Cancellation Policies - 
If event is more than 90 days - No fee.
If event is less than 90 days - 50% fee.
If event is less than 30 days - 75% fee.
If event is less than 7 days - Full fee.
What The Hit List will provide -
PA system best suited to venue and number of guests.
Stage lighting and/or dance floor lighting where suitable depending on venue and occasion.
Playlists to be played through the PA system before/after performance and during performance breaks.
A wireless microphone for announcements/speeches whilst at the venue.
A copy of our Public Liability Insurance document (PLI).
A copy of our Portable Appliance Testing document (PAT).
Responsibilities of The Client -
The client must ensure the venue has supply safe power supply which meets our power requirements. If using a generator, it must be balanced. The client must ensure the venue has a safe, dry and level performance area (not grass), with overhead protection from the elements to ensure the safety of our equipment.
Clients and guests must not under any circumstances touch our equipment. This is for your/their safety as well as our own. Our equipment can be fragile, expensive and it is essential to our livelihood. The client is responsible if any equipment is damaged by themselves and/or guests. If clients or guests continue to make it difficult for us to perform, we will have no choice but to end the performance. To ensure the quality of the performance we ask that, unless discussed with good notice, no other persons may perform with us or use our equipment.
We appreciate water/soft drinks and food being made available to us. Please advise us beforehand if this is not possible so we can be best prepared.
In the very unlikely event that we are unable to perform, we will do our best to source a similar act of the same quality. We will contact you as soon as possible to see how you would like to move forward.
We use social media to promote our business (Facebook, Instagram etc). Please let us know if you would like us to delay posting and/or not use images/videos from your event.
If you wish to use your own playlists for before/after and/or during breaks, please let us know at least 7 days before.
